Advocate Aurora Health is Hiring a Project/Program Manager II Near Seattle, WA

a strategic mindset. The primary responsibility of this role is to support and scale the Amazon Future Engineer's scholarship program, which empowers underserved and underrepresented students to become computer science professionals. As the main point of contact for the Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship, you'll play a vital role on a high-visibility program.

The right candidate for this role will leverage their strong ownership skills to manage the program from end-to-end. They are a master relationship builder, and will coordinate a large group of internal and external parties, including direct teammates, marketing & PR colleagues, Amazon volunteers, and non-profit partners. This role will work hand-in-hand with a counterpart internship program owner to make sure that selected recipients can begin their internship prepared and primed for success with their earliest career-building experience, and work to build long-term engagement programs so that recipients persist with their degree program and career.

As these programs are our deepest educational equity investments to support students and educators, this opportunity requires excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguous environments, dive into details and see the big picture. Given the start-up nature of this team and the seasonality of student programming, candidates must be builders and no task can be beneath them.

The right candidate will excel at:

• Owning operational aspects of the scholarship program which includes managing cross-company partnerships, event planning and logistics;

• Executing the application and selection process for scholarship recipients for our 2024 cycle;

• Analyzing customer data, synthesizing results, and making product improvement recommendations

• Maintaining and develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external nonprofit organizations.

This is a temporary role, ideally starting on November 1, 2023 through August 2024.
